(1) WHAT: What have I found from that public artist and his/her public artworks? (Details of observational annotation.)
The appearance of this public art is a huge dog. It is consisted by many small dogs. The colors in it include red, black and blue. This public art is created in these three simple colors. The appearance is not very complicated, but a dog is simply sketched out, the ears and tongue can make people to get it's a dog more.

(2) SO WHAT: What do the findings show/tell us? (MUST summaries the references that I found on the Internet about the chosen Public Artwork.)
This public art work is called "Little Danny - Made in Austria" and was designed by Taiwanese artist Hung-Chih Peng. This work was completed in 2002. This public art contains 3,000 toy dogs, iron frames, wires, sensors and power supplies. Hung-Chic Peng's roommate has a dog, but this dog gave him a lot of creative ideas and inspiration.

(3) SO WHAT: What are the most important/ intriguing/ relevant/ useful aspect(s) of the findings?
The exterior design of this work has a "copy" of Disney's classic animation "One Hundred and One Dalmatians". Toys, clothes, or everyday items made from fake Western cartoon images are common commodities in Taiwan's traditional markets and night markets. The author chose counterfeit products as the material of the works, instead of using genuine Disney products, or even using Taiwanese factories to make counterfeit goods, and brought this global cartoon image back to the topic of Taiwanese culture - the cultural colonization of images. Most of the animations on TV and movies in Taiwan are made in the United States or Japan. Disney Entertainment in the United States is a memory shared by almost global children. The relationship between "Little Danny" and "One Hundred and One Dalmatians" generally reflects the colonial relationship between Taiwan's cultural identity and globally strong culture.

(4) WHAT NEXT: What have I learnt from that artist and the public artwork?
We should pay attention to local culture and recognition of ourselves. Perhaps for everyone, Taiwan has made no films that are excellent in the United States, Japan, or other countries. However, we are obliged to support the works of our country and strive to make our country progress.

(5) WHAT NEXT: What would I define the meaning(s) of public arts? (Is public artwork the same as the artworks in the museum?) What are the purposes of that piece of public artwork?
The meaning of public art is probably what its name called. It is a public art and it is not completely attributed to it. It is something that everyone can appreciate. Public art is usually placed in a large space, and it is not under the control of people. Compared to the more rigorous art museums, it depends on the quality of the public to maintain its perfection.

(6) Reference (MLA format citation) MLA 格式的參考資料出處來源；you may need to shorten the URL via Google URL shortener.
(PS) Attach a piece of the relevant picture about public arts.

(1) WHAT: What have I found from that public artist and his/her public artworks? (Details of observational annotation.)
This public artwork looks like 3 different size's molecular connect to each other, it literally just like the molecular that we see through the microscope. But this public artwork make it become super big and put a lot of detail in it, so everyone can explore what's in the molecular. The surface of it is very exquisite too, it separate into many part, so it's not only a sphere, it's really a molecular. Also there is a magnifier beside it, that represent to the process of this thing getting big.
(2) SO WHAT: What do the findings show/tell us? (MUST summaries the references that I found on the Internet about the chosen Public Artwork.)
This artist think biotechnology research start conducted from microbes, under the lens is the kingdom of fungi, we can see the molecular structure and DNA in that world. The name of this public is "The great evolution between micrometers", that mean the spirit that they want to explore the life from tiny things. So it make the molecular become very big, let us understand understand the biological activities and evolution.
(3) SO WHAT: What are the most important/ intriguing/ relevant/ useful aspect(s) of the findings?
Overall, I think this public artwork is not only a very beautiful design, it also have some meaning in it, it makes it special. There is one thing that is also really important, because it make us to start to think about some problem, this artist make the microorganism bigger, so we can see it by our eyes, so it can make us to think about how those microorganism work.
(4) WHAT NEXT: What have I learnt from that artist and the public artwork?
This public don't have many significance of itself, it's only a molecular, but it makes us to think about what is life, or how molecular interact with other. This public artwork also make me understand anything can be art, no matter how small is it, as long as we observe and discover carefully.
(5) WHAT NEXT: What would I define the meaning(s) of public arts? (Is public artwork the same as the artworks in the museum?) What are the purposes of that piece of public artwork?
I think public artwork is different from the artworks in the museum, we can't say which one is better, both of them have their own features, so I think they are different things. There are few basic elements of public artwork, only if your work have those element, then it can be called "Public Artwork". They are publicity, artistry and it should have connection with the environment of where it is. These 3 things is the biggest differences between public artwork and the artwork in the museum. The public artwork that I choose is place in a open area, which is a school, put this kind of public artwork can make student think lots of problem, such as how those microorganism work and evolution. So overall, this is a pretty good public artwork
(6) Reference (MLA format citation) MLA 格式的參考資料出處來源；you may need to shorten the URL via Google URL shortener.
Public Art, 2012, public-art.khcc.gov.tw/ArtWorkDetail.aspx?Cond=714aa7d9-a56e-4869-9793-159527554b01.
Wikipedia, Wikimedia Foundation, 16 Mar. 2018, zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%85%AC%E5%85%B1%E8%97%9D%E8%A1%93.

(PS) Attach a piece of the relevant picture about public arts.

In Damien Hirst's work, the shark is a figure which combines an aesthetic of terrible nature with the capitalist sublime.
(3) SO WHAT: What are the most important/ intriguing/ relevant/ useful aspect(s) of the findings?
The most important aspect of this artwork is death. The shark inside the vitrine is symbolizing life and death in a way you don't quite grasp until you see it. The shark is suspended and silent in the vitrine, the shark opens its mouth to show the fearless of death.
(4) WHAT NEXT: What have I learnt from that artist and the public artwork?
I learnt that we don't have to care about people's opinion to create our own art work. Everyone has there own perspective, so after they look at your art work, they will have different thoughts and feedbacks. The most important thing is to respect every artwork, don't say something really disrespectful to it, because there will be a theme that the artist want to show and express.
(5) WHAT NEXT: What would I define the meaning(s) of public arts? (Is public artwork the same as the artworks in the museum?) What are the purposes of that piece of public artwork?
In my opinion, there's no much difference between public artwork and artwork in museum. Both of them express feelings of artist and symbolize something. Usually, public artwork is at a park or somewhere people can see easily. Public artwork could upgrade the quality of our living environment. Artwork in museum are treated with lot of respect. Only people that walk into the museum could see the artwork, The Physical Impossibility of Death in the Mind of Someone Living is a very good public artwork, people will get shock by the shark inside the tank, when they walk near and look at the artwork, people could understand the deeper meaning.
(6) Reference (MLA format citation) MLA 格式的參考資料出處來源；you may need to shorten the URL via Google URL shortener.

White, Luke. “Damien Hirst's Shark: Nature, Capitalism and the Sublime.” Tate, Tate, 1 Jan. 2013,

www.tate.org.uk/art/research-publications/the-sublime/luke-white-damien-hirsts-shark-nature-capitalism-and-the-sublime-r1136828.

(PS) Attach a piece of the relevant picture about public arts.

The dome of light is made by the German 100-year-old Derix Hand Glass Workshop, which lasted four and a half years, with a diameter of 30 meters and an area of 660 square meters. According to the creation theme, it is divided into four major blocks, a total of 16 small blocks, 1,252 windows, each window has 2 to 9 windows, each with 3 to 100 glass inlays.

(2) SO WHAT: What do the findings show/tell us? (MUST summaries the references that I found on the Internet about the chosen Public Artwork.)
It is divided into four themes: water, earth, light and fire. Water - represents the origin of life, the water representing the ocean also symbolizes the beginning of women's new life. Soil - expressing growth and prosperity, but also represents the upright man. Fire - it is destruction and rebirth, only let down hatred. In the end, it will be like a fire phoenix, which will be reborn to a new future. The last light - represents creativity. The sun rises and shines on the earth. The spring dances with people and brings infinite hope. The middle red and blue columns each make sense
Red - Very sunny, like the passion of a volcanic eruption
Blue - extremely cloudy, like the ocean gestates life
Like yin and yang in this world.

(3) SO WHAT: What are the most important/ intriguing/ relevant/ useful aspect(s) of the findings?
Through this work, the designer conveys the value of human nature, the relationship between man and man, the environment, and all things; the realm of man and nature, and the part of the human heart that is lost in the hatred struggle. It painted everything from birth to death and presented artwork for tourists.

(4) WHAT NEXT: What have I learnt from that artist and the public artwork?
Although artworks always give people a very abstract sense, it is not difficult to carefully observe the disease and understand the concept of art that it contains. It is only difficult to pack the responsible artwork layer by layer. The meaning of its packaging is slowly drawn out to understand the designer's well-intentioned. Like this dome of light is to describe people's life, ordinary things in the world.

(5) WHAT NEXT: What would I define the meaning(s) of public arts? What are the purposes of that piece of public artwork?
There is no better and more ornamental value of public art and museum art.
