         <description><![CDATA[<p>Meiosis involves two consecutive rounds of division, known as meiosis 1 and meiosis 2. Meiosis 1 is characterized by homologous chromosome pairing and crossing over, where genetic material is exchanged between chromatids. This exchange contributes to genetic diversity. After meiosis 1, the cells enter meiosis 2, which resembles mitosis but does not involve DNA replication. The result is four genetically unique daughter cells, each with half the number of chromosomes.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Mitosis Consists of several phases. Prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase. During prophase, the chromosomes condense, becoming visible under a microscope, while the nuclear envelope starts to break down. In metaphase, chromosome's align at the cell's equatorial plane. Anaphase follows, in which the sister chromatids are pulled apart to opposite poles of the cell. In Telophase, the chromosomes decondense, and the nuclear membrane re-forms around each set of chromosomes, resulting in two identical daughter cells.
