After the initial 5 years of the program, we were able to try a new model/schedule that allowed us to double our enrollment size. Still tiny (we went from 15-17 students to 30-32 students we can accept each year).

How do we build an alternate pathway in a way that is sustainable from a staffing & resource perspective (without adopting a package deal)? How do we not create the perception amongst all stakeholders that innovative teaching & learning is for this pathway only; eg. PBL works great in MYP & DP classes, don't want to de-incentivize.
