For example, according to the labor law, the enterprise as the employer must ensure employees have enough rest time and vacation what employees deserved. L’Oreal has reduced the carbon emission by 37% since 2005. What’s more, the company invited their 150 suppliers to join in the project about the plan of carbon emission publicity. The action help more companies take part in the environmental protection. L’Oreal also purchased more solar system facility.
