My Love for Traveling

I love to travel. I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel to all of the 50 states in the United States. Two years ago I was given the opportunity to travel to Puerto Rico. It was for work but still an amazing experience. In 2009 my ninth grade year I was one chosen to sing in the National Youth Choir in New York. That was also an amazing experience for me. I was able to see Westside Story on Broadway.

My Family

My family is my world! Everything I do is either with them or for them. We are a blended family. My oldest son, Asher, (pictured in the bottom left corner) is in 6th grade. He is playing football this season. He has also played basketball and soccer. My oldest daughter, Skye, (pictured on the right in the middle) is in 4th grade. Currently this season she is playing volleyball, softball, and basketball. She has also played soccer. My next oldest is my step son, Aiden (pictured on the bottom middle). He just started kindergarten this year. He loves super hero's. Next up is my other step son Reese (pictured in the right upper corner). He is 3 and fiery. He loves dinosaurs and Spider-Man. Last but not least is my little baby girl Twyla (pictured bottom right corner). She just turned 1 this month. She is a spicy little girl but at the same time the sweetest mommas girl. Then pictured in the upper left corner is my wonderful significant other.

Life's Been a Journey

I graduated from Rogers Heritage High School in 2012. I started Northwest Arkansas Community College in 2014. I originally started as a Music Education major. I then changed to an accounting major in 2015. After a few classes I learned accounting wasn't for me. I love to travel and wanted to study abroad for a semester so I changed to a global studies program. After a semester of global studies I realized I wasn't going to be able to leave my kids for a whole semester (I had my two oldest at this point) so I decided to go back to my other love and focus on Music Education. I graduated NWACC the semester I switched back in 2019. I decided at the end of last year to continue my education and live out one of my dreams of becoming a teacher. I started the U of A this summer for Secondary Social Studies. I believe I am a junior now.
