My favourite restaurant is Gonpachi, an authentic Japanese restaurant where you can eat many delicacies such as freshly made sushi and crunchy, yummy tempuras. Unfourtuantly, there isn't sustainable seafood in my favourite restaurant, but you can go to the Hong Kong Grand Hyatt restaurant to eat sustainable seafood.

If you want a more local flavour, Hong Kong is the world capital for Dim Sum where there are many small dishes that one can eat, ranging from dumplings to chicken feet, from traditional barbequed pork buns to roast geese. In short, in Hong Kong you can eat food from all over the world without leaving the hotel.

Many hotels in Hong Kong such as the Kerry Hotel and the Mandarin Oriental offer daily dinner buffets that serve food ranging from western deserts to Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and a sushi Bar.

If you want to see how people have been praised for centuries, you can go and visit the Tin Hau Temple near Tin Hau station or go to the Temple Mall in Wong Tai Sin. After a long day surrounded by something in the culture, you can go to one of the tallest skyscrapers in the world! The ICC's sky bar to take in the city's beautiful skyline at night. Everyday at 8 p.m., all the skyscrapers light up in a beautiful light show that burst on the viewers like a dream. If you have kids, they would also be made extremely happy to learn that Hong Kong has its own Disneyland and an even larger (fun place with roller coasters, etc.), Ocean Park. In Ocean Park, visitors will not only be entertained with thrilling rides, but they can also be up close and personal with sea animals such as penguins, polar bears and seals!
