Know: What activity helped your knowledge and developed your skills further? What do you know that you didn't’ know before?
The activity that helped my Knowledge and developed my skills further was working as a team to get all the work done and also getting the editing done as well as the you tube channel. I now know that the group when it works together works really well and gets stuff done. The group completed the video and uploaded it to youtube as it is complete on Thursday.

Do: What new skills did you apply, how did you complete the task, were there any barriers and evidence your successful outcomes? What did you do that you are proud of?
The editing is getting better as time goes on as we are starting to comprehend it. We are completing the work as everything is nearly complete and ready to be screened. There barriers that we had to over come was not editing on Tuesday due to the macs being filled up however this gave us time to see if we had and loose ends that we would have to tie up.

Problem solving exploration of alternative ideas what established approaches can you use to resolve practical and theoretical problems.
I worked in the group and if there was a problem we would work all together and try to find a option or a solution to the problem as a team. however there was no problems that we had to work through to my knowledge.
Critically compare your work against professional work and show evidence of peer and self-assessment have you done.
I have been on looking at other groups work and they have done but in terms of editing we have done a really good job with what we can do and the problem is that I believe that it doesn't look like a film due to the shortness of our videos we might try and extend one of the endings to make it a little longer.
Show: a range of practical processes, skills and knowledge demonstrated. Competent execution and application of techniques used to develop ideas. You must Include photos, print screen or video for evidence.
The link to the completed short film on our youtube!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kPsSXaS7p44
Improve: What improvements do you need to work on? What skills have you used/learnt that you plan to apply into your work next session?
I believe that we need to improve the length of the videos however we don't have a lot of footage to add more then what we already have. This is a problem however we will have to be creative and add something extra on the end.
Target: set yourself a target for next week
Get ready for the next project.

Know: What activity helped your knowledge and developed your skills further? What do you know that you didn't’ know before?
This week we having been filming our short superhero film in our groups. I have not done that much this week due to me being a editor however I have been working close with Mikey who is the cameraman. The group has been hard at work preparing props such as the little city we made out of cardboard as well as filming some opening scenes of the city and discussing what we could do with the editing. The team has finished filming and now I have to edit the footage that is giving to me to complete the film.

Do: What new skills did you apply, how did you complete the task, were there any barriers and evidence your successful outcomes? What did you do that you are proud of?
The new skills that I am going to apply is editing I have little knowledge about editing and this is going to be a big challenge for me, I decided to do the editing because it looked fun to do on the last project however this project consists of a lot of technical editing that I don't know how to do that well. The team filmed without any complications and problems and was successful during filming.

Problem solving exploration of alternative ideas what established approaches can you use to resolve practical and theoretical problems.
I worked in the group and if there was a problem we would work all together and try to find a option or a solution to the problem as a team. however there was no problems that we had to work through to my knowledge.
Critically compare your work against professional work and show evidence of peer and self-assessment have you done.
our work is not completed and our short superhero film compared to professional work is going to be far off due to them having professionals as well as years of preparation and millions of pounds in budget.
Show: a range of practical processes, skills and knowledge demonstrated. Competent execution and application of techniques used to develop ideas. You must Include photos, print screen or video for evidence.
I dont have anything to show due to it being and having no footage.

Improve: What improvements do you need to work on? What skills have you used/learnt that you plan to apply into your work next session?
I feel I will be needing to work on my editing the editing that I ill be doing will not be good but I'm sure I will steady improve over time.
Target: set yourself a target for next week
The target again for next week is to come in everyday.

I now know that I can show my work Inftont of the class.

Do: What new skills did you apply, how did you complete the task, were there any barriers and evidence your successful outcomes? What did you do that you are proud of?
I didn’t use any new skills however there was a barrier where on the first video I started laughing during my presentation and had to restart it due to it but in the second take I completed the presentation nice and quickly. I’m proud of presentaing to the class as I normally wouldn’t ever do this.

Problem solving exploration of alternative ideas what established approaches can you use to resolve practical and theoretical problems.
Try you’re best to be serious, focused and very calm when presenting the presentation as this is the best way to get it done resolve any practical problems.
Critically compare your work against professional work and show evidence of peer and self-assessment have you done.
I looked at my friend brandons work and his presentation Was shorter then mine and this could be to the amount of detail that I had tried to explain about my character where as he just quickly gave us examples.
Show: a range of practical processes, skills and knowledge demonstrated.

Know: What activity helped your knowledge and developed your skills further? What do you know that you didn't’ know before?
The activity that helped my knowledge and developed my skills further was the technical workshop with Dave where we were practicing with the camera shots and editing techniques with adding the super powers such as teleportation as well as a blasting power. This experimental workshop was very good due to the fact that it gave me practice and a understanding of what to do when it comes to the real thing.

Do: What new skills did you apply, how did you complete the task, were there any barriers and evidence your successful outcomes? What did you do that you are proud of?
The new skills that I applied was the editing techniques in the video. The group I was with completed the task very easily. I also felt comfortable doing this task and found it easy and great practice when it comes to the real video. Our group did come across a obstacle with our group trying to find a place to film, however we overcame this obstacle by asking Dave to find us another spot to film with space which was done easily.

Problem solving exploration of alternative ideas what established approaches can you use to resolve practical and theoretical problems.
For this workshop I actually worked with two new people and we did have some problems with filming but we worked through them by talking and planning ahead of what we can and can't do. We also came across a problem with the rooms but was quickly re solved by asking Dave to find us another room.
Critically compare your work against professional work and show evidence of peer and self-assessment have you done.
I looked at another groups video work and compared it ours fair to say that the other group had a better blasting super power video but we had the better teleportation video as well as the editing. The other group also had some glitches with the teleportation editing and our group told them and they quickly changed it.
Show: a range of practical processes, skills and knowledge demonstrated. Competent execution and application of techniques used to develop ideas. You must Include photos, print screen or video for evidence.
Improve: What improvements do you need to work on? What skills have you used/learnt that you plan to apply into your work next session?
The skills that I have learnt and plan to apply in my next session is the editing techniques as I now know had to do this. However it is also something that I need to improve on.
Target: set yourself a target for next week
Improve on editing as not the most confident when it comes to it although I know how to do it.

Know: What activity helped your knowledge and developed your skills further? What do you know that you didn't’ know before?
The activity that I feel helped my knowledge was re searching the superhero and looking back at the first comics and movies of them. This gave me insight into the superheros that I will being doing and getting my ideas for my own superhero or villain. I now know that many of the superhero that we have seen and know to day in films have changed overtime this because the target audience for them has changed, the comics for the superhero targeted young kids and now most superhero films have age restriction where you have to be 12 and over to watch the film.

Do: What new skills did you apply, how did you complete the task, were there any barriers and evidence your successful outcomes? What did you do that you are proud of?
The new skills that I applied was in Dave workshop where we made a interactive story where the viewers can choose the outcome of the character. My group completed this task quickly there were some unsuccessful outcomes with the work where you had to link the answer to a new dilemma for the viewers, we also had some problems with the story itself as we couldn't decide on what to do however we quickly got around this barrier with some help and ideas and ended up making the interactive story quick. Im proud of my group getting over the obstacle and completing the story.

Problem solving exploration of alternative ideas what established approaches can you use to resolve practical and theoretical problems.
You could work together when you are in a group and try and merge you're ideas into the work you could also ask for help with the work if you were to come across any problems this would be the second option after asking you're group or a friend.
Critically compare your work against professional work and show evidence of peer and self-assessment have you done.
I looked at Keions work on Task 2 finding an identity I personally feel like he could add more detail about the video that he watched for the example of interactive videos in Dave workshop I also feel like that he should add a summary of the two videos.
Show: a range of practical processes, skills and knowledge demonstrated. Competent execution and application of techniques used to develop ideas. You must Include photos, print screen or video for evidence.
Improve: What improvements do you need to work on? What skills have you used/learnt that you plan to apply into your work next session?
The improvements that I need to make is putting more detail and explanation into some of my work this is a vital aspect of it that I need to do as it is key to getting distinction.
Target: set yourself a target for next week
Finish the rest of task 3.
