By reducing wait times Sophia's Bistro can provide a more enjoyable and stress-free dining experience. BUT, If the reservation system is not user-friendly or experiences technical issues, it could frustrate both customers and staff. Difficulty in managing reservations, double bookings,  and negatively impact the dining experience.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Team #4</p><p>If the reservation policy is indeed established, Sophia's Bistro might not want to allow reservations during the busy service hours from 12pm-2pm and 6pm-8pm. All reservations outside of those hours will be permitted in order to manage the volume of customers the restaurant is accommodating. Reservations can be made through Open Table or by phone with the hostess.&nbsp;</p>]]></description>
