Spent 5 days at a senior leadership conference in the beautiful Villars-sur-Ollon in Switzerland! The view of the Swiss Alps from my room made prepping three presentations so worthwhile! :)

It's all hockey, all the time in my family these days. This past weekend: back-to-back BU women's and men's games - and back-to-back victories! Go Terriers!

I bought an apartment at Union Square in Somerville and moved in last month. My Mum also came to visit and we enjoyed hosting multiple house warming parties while she was here. I also recently signed a wonderful commercial book contract for 'Every child is an artist: A parent's guide to cultivating children's creativity through contemporary art' that puts my Phd + ArtPlay research into action with families

I'm just back from Panama where Maria Ximena, Clari and I were officially launching our new project Aprendiendo a Aprender: Transformando la Pedagogía Juntos (Learning to Learn: Transforming Pedagogy Together) - Maria Ximena and Clari are still there, and Adriana will also be part of this project. It was a great visit. Here's a glimpse of a particularly well kept public school we visited - there are 4000 students in this school but as per our IRB, we don't have permission to photograph them:)
