Teachers and Educators will also be more incentivized to implement these digital reforms if they have some for of positive reinforcement (more pay, etc.) It is also important for new digital standards to not impede of teachers and for those writing the standards to understand the new needs of teachers and where they are coming from. We should not altogether remove the standards because they help insure an equal opportunity in education for the students.
