Time Well Spent - Great event! Extremely well organized! Big shout out to Lauren and Gabi for spearheading the event - their creativity was apparent. Having the ability to meet the OPs Team and connect the dots on who/what/whys will assist in productivity. Conversations with the branch attendees are always a plus. Looking forward to being part of the change/growth of our organization.

Ops Summit Takeaways

The topics were well chosen and well presented with lots of important information. However, after 10+ presentations over two days the details start to blur. I love the call to bring the discussion back to our branches, but do not feel we were appropriately equipped to do it. Instead of providing a 150+ slide deck and a page or two of guidance on how to draft an email, set up a room, and conduct a break out group, I think we’d benefit from a condensed deck with 3-5 talking points or key takeaways per presentation. Making it easy for the attendees means more people are likely to do it. Giving the talking points means the information will be accurate rather than based on recall. And condensing it down to the key takeaways will be more realistic for branch employees’ time. So much time, effort, and thought goes into these summits. It falls short unless we give people the resources to successfully bring it back to their branches.
