Today we worked on; simplifying the listening for the students who are weaker students. We tried to compare the authentic materials and coursebook materials.

It was really fantastic day again. I used to have difficulties with listening skills but the way we learned today helped me to do it effectively. The most important point of today was planning and getting organized.

The adjectives memory game was my favorite one. I can play this game with my students easily to enhance their vocabulary and practice. I can also apply this game to different topics related to our curriculum.

There was something I realised today .While making poster about active listening , We didn't manage to get organised easily so we consumed time.

I prefer to use a combination of them. Because favoring one over the other is not optimal. Most of the time I stick to the official courses and then supply them with materials outside of it when it seems necessary.

2.Personally the idea of developing more active listening skills in today's session would be appropriate and useful in my class. Because it is an activity that can attract students' interests. It will help students to make their own sentences by preparing questions and having immediate speech.

1.I have some common speaking skill problems teachers face include students' lack of confidence, difficulty in organizing thoughts, limited vocabulary, and challenges with pronunciation in my classes.

2.Addressing these issues often involves incorporating interactive activities, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging regular practice. So I can use some kinda activities I learned today in PDC class like Flip for integrating listening skills to speaking. Paper slide is the other one that I may use both in my own classes and PDC classes as facilitator.Using videos for jigsaw activity is the most effective one to speak without hesitation.I feel more confident to run my speaking activities.

I think the idea which was poster related to gallery walk for the post reading from today's session was the most outstanding one to solve problems in teaching reading. For the weaker students the decisions will be written on the poster so students will be able to write their own ideas easily. For the stronger ones they are going to write their own decisions on the poster. When I turned back to my district I will not only use these amazing reading activities to my PDC sessions but also to my monsters :-)

1.In my opinion, the most effective game in teaching vocabulary from today's session was the dolmuş game, but afterwards I realized that this game can be handled in the dimension of a repetition game, not a warm-up game, and the greatest skill in word games is to teach without boring the student.I also prefer digital games while teaching so I liked the last part of the session ,too.

2.For me, the most impressive part of today's session was the game called I have never because I can relate this game with many grammar topics and I can prepare it from easy to hard in the differentiation.

1.The biggest and most common problem related to assessment in my local area is that The Ministry of National Education forces the teachers to assess students with open- ended questions .Unfortunately most of the students aren't capable of doing this kind of questions.

2.I think If the students have full motivation for learning a foreign language , self/peer assessment works but in my local area the students are not capable of doing such an assessment.I like assessing students as a teacher so I don't need them assessing each other :-)
