Language change is ceaseless and remorseless, and it causes languages to diverge from their earlier forms almost without limit. In the Philippines, there's a big probability that Conyo-speak will be a well-established language but another variety will take over.

Pre-existing words have a different meaning that relates to technology, more specifically Social Media.

Slangs after Slangs after Slangs.
WATCH: Slangs in 2020
As aforementioned, meanings change throughout time. These slangs were first used by people in the internet and stuck with them. Eventually, these words turned into "memes' and got picked up by the media and started using them to appeal to the younger generations.

The always-controversial-sociolect, Conyo, becomes a full-pledged language because of MTB-MLE.

Since English and Tagalog are both used for work, law, government, and education, people have adapted these languages into one. This is not only evident with Tagalog but also to other Filipino languages.

"Just like any other kind of language, dialect, or sociolect, the Filipino’s conyo English may still continue to evolve through time. “It is always possible to develop new words, new sociolects, new dialects, new languages — that is a normal process in language evolution”, Dr. Borlongan explains. Therefore, it is quite possible that the conyo English we know today may just be the initial foundation of what is to become a full-fledged language in the future. It is possible that we may be able to find a dictionary specifically-made for conyo English speakers or a council dedicated to forming new words for conyo English users. Its potential is as endless as the future."

The transition from a bilingual education system to a multilingual one is fully established. The push for the Mother Tongue Based-Multilingual Education in the country will be a lot stronger after having English as the main medium of instruction in schools. It will become more established and it will be executed properly/strictly. This also entails that Philippine languages will flourish and develop more.

This new language will be an innovation to the English language as it will add another branch of variety to it. It will be highly influenced by technology and social media.
