         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>&nbsp;Our research focuses on the educational policies that of which are entwined with Bilingualism in the Philippines, especially for the hearing and orally impaired individuals. How it it necessary to impliment such actions to recuperate a harmonius system in which they can find themselves immersing into. Stated in the thesis, it also focuses on the radical progression of the different policies introduced and how it effectively impacts the educational system and to it's students.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;Arguably so that with what was presented in our paper highly encourages a progressive approach allowing each individual to experience the flexibility of learning within a speaking and hearing community as well as immerse within the sub group whilst finding a sense of a non-biased setting that they may find conflicting because of their disabilities.&nbsp;<br><br>Proceeding with what capable factors should occur with these possibilities, strengthening these policies would contribute a major tipping point in a new teaching style. Which would mean that by doing so, not only will it create opportunities, it would widen a perspective of learning and teaching within the academe.&nbsp;<br><br>Lastly, to ensure that the the following would be effectively thriving within the standards of services provided in order for the students involved, as well as the teachers, to have a harmonius system, these policies remain potent tools for the well-being of enriching a standard to be upholded to bring forth a new language learning system.&nbsp;<br><br>With students leaning more into what is to be considered normal for them without the need to exclude themselves from the rest of the academic regime as opposed to them having complications regarding how they interact is solely based on why we need these policies to give them the upperhand of a finite learning privilege just like everyone else. Noting that there would be those who aren't accepting of the matter presented yet the application of the policies still manages to better a tomorrow for the impaired. Availing as well as implementing the means for them in a complex framework regarding their situation would creat more opportunities for them personally.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
