Mainly, carbon usually are produced from car vehicles because of the gas. But currently, the way governments are reducing the gas is through electrical cars. So that's one way, such as the Blue SG. So part of a way to reduce carbon is like maybe changing from a car that requires gas into car that electric.

Currently, for what I know, Fair Price has this machine where if you collect all the plastic bottles and deposit into this machine, it will give you a 10 cent for each bottle that is deposited into it.

some of the waste that I have at home will be food waste, generally food waste. Because sometimes the food may be too big portion already, so instead of throwing it away, we actually save the leftover foods for the next day. So that way, you can reduce the food wastage, instead of throwing away

For me, I don't really carry an extra handbag for groceries, stuff like that. Normally, I will just pay the extra 10 cents and then get on with my thing. Then as for plastic bottles, for water and things like that, I just buy. But sometimes I do bring my cup of water.

my only use of plastic is whenever I play basketball or go gym, that's the first thing that I would put my wet shirt on, wet shirt in. And then one of the other cases is that, for example, your rubbish bin, plastic is still one of the things that I would put in my rubbish

Yes. Although in MRT, inside, you cannot find a rubbish bin. They are forced to throw away the rubbish outside? Yeah, to just put in the pockets first. Then when they tap out, they can just throw it away, find the rubbish bin. Although there is one toilet in Orchard. It's the brown line. That's the only toilet that I see where you can actually throw your rubbish. They put it away. Yeah. As for other MRTS like Woodlands or maybe City Hall, you cannot find any rubbish bin inside the MRT premises.

Based on what the Singapore government has been doing so far, I believe that it will be quite effective in cutting down, for example, the 5 cents search on single-use plastics has encouraged my parents to bring recycling bags when they shop. I believe if they impose more regulations such as this, or maybe encourage people to not waste plastic bottles. In Germany, they have a system where you have to pay 10 cents every time you buy a bottle, and when you return the bottle, you get your 10 cents back. So something like that would also be quite effective. If they continue this path, I believe Singapore will be a more green society in the future.

Because if it's a very big bag, because when I need to buy a lot of groceries, then I will need a very big bag, so it's very troublesome. But if it's a small bag, then it will not be too troublesome because also I can sometimes after school, I can go to the groceries where I also can.
