I think that even if he did do it he would have been force, it was either do it or death. I do think that he should have been compensated for being sent to the prison. My only question is the amount of people this has happened to or will happen to, will the Canadian goverment give a payout to all, because at that point it is a lot of money coming from the tax payer when the Canadian goverment is at fault. I think he was forced too because he was just a kid and I don't think he would want to purposely hurt anyone. *Sexual Harassment: If anyone at the company is experiencing sexual harassment of any kind, it will be immediately investigated. They would not take these matters lightly, and they will get to the bottom of the matter immediately.

*Pay Gaps: There will be no pay gaps. At Acoudonta it does not matter what gender, sexuality or race you are. As long as you're working, everyone will be paid the same wages.

*Speak up: Acoudonta will listen. If there are issues with other workers, Acoudonta will take these matters seriously.
