I am a very anxious person so speaking Infront of multiple people especially when I don't know them fully, I feel as though i did well however I could improve. as I was anxious, I didn't put much effort into it due to not be thrilled to do this. I feel as next time i come to present I won't be as nervous. Next time I will share more information about myself.

i work a part time job at a local shop in my village, I speak to multiple customers via phone and when they come into the shop. i also deal with complaints and any other issues at the front of the shop. as I'm older now I make my own appointment at the doctors, dentist, orthodontist. before starting college, I attended enrollment where I spoke to many of my tutors. once starting college i spoke to new people as I only knew one person on my course, now I've made new friends.

i worked as a team when I volunteered at a care home my sister works at. When I was there, I helped the elderly eat, i join in with broad games and engaged in conversation with everyone including staff.

before starting college I was invited to an induction day where I met many other people who would be coming to the same college. there we worked as a team to find out who was the oldest, we spoke to each other and moved along this bench.
