<title>Bradley Altizer &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; To run around the track &amp;nbsp;start at a steady jog, then go into a sprint, if you get tired slow back down to a jog. When you breathe just breathe normally except for when you getting tired you might have to breathe a little faster. Finally when you finish a lap say your number, wait for a response to you start running, but if you finish a required lap goal ask for another lap.</title>
