In other words, I sincerely hope for a healthy and constructive leadership objective beneficial to the job that I undertake and the people I care. ]]> 2019-04-13 05:38:10 UTC https://padlet.com/coriezwz/q3uhbboeds7m/wish/351350020 2 leadership goals and action plan: coriezwz https://padlet.com/coriezwz/q3uhbboeds7m/wish/351350040 The two leadership goals would be on one hand to have undoubtedly sound and effective connection with important others and on the other hand to demonstrate engaging and inspiring leadership during the majority of communication scenarios.For the first goal, which is to nourish complete and efficient personal relation with important people , I will take two steps. The first step is to sharpen my eyes to locate who are those target important others. Since I am a college student right now, I will choose a mentor majoring in the industry which I am pretty interested in and having rich experience in this area, a upper-class student of my major who has landed a decent job in the industry that interests me, a local fellow classmate who can help me when I face some “local issues” such as where I can get cost-effective snowboard. This is all about clarifying what I attempt to have. However, I can’t achieve this without taking measures to show that I am “valuable” to these important others, at least to some extent. Therefore, I will take a second step. I'm preparing for the next internship program, do a volunteer activity for potential research of the upper-class students and contact more closely with others online and offline over shared hobbies and “local issues”. By doing so, I can exchange something useful with others and avoid getting something from others for free, which is the rule of equally and effective interaction. 
For the second goal, which is to show engaging and inspiring leadership in most situations, two actions will be adopted. The first step is to gain tolerance and understanding in as many situations as possible, while the second step is always to look for positive attitude and solutions.
Regardless of the conditions, it is very challenging and demanding to always consider it. It is possible that we have been affected by emotions and feelings. Although, I attempt to stay clam and control my anger when I face something that is really upsetting, because only in this way can I reduce unnecessary direct conflicts with other people. It is much easier to figure out the rationale of a matter based on our own comprehension than to put ourselves into others’ shoes. Moreover, simply responding physically and emotionally can lead to negative emotions to the team members. Therefore, the best option is to take a deep breath and stay calm as much as possible, no matter what happens. 
The second action is also related with restructuring one’s thinking pattern or angle of thought. Concentrating simply on the difficulties and problems might help resolve an issue, but it might also produce considerable unhealthy emotion rubbish. When the entire team is trapped in a dilemma and full of despair, I am supposed to encourage the whole team by using inspirational language such as “Yes, we can” again and again until the team regains confidence and belief. In addition, I shall work more closely with the technical members to attain plenty of approaches and solutions so that the depression of the team will disappear afterwards.

For me, I can better myself from an all aspects by enhancing my communication skill  to build improved social connections, and ability to think intelligently when facing problems and the proving that I am worthy of others’ cooperation and connection. In terms of personal traits, I will be transformed into a more responsible, tolerant, reliable, and open-minded person. For others, they will have the privilege to interact with a person who can help them with some basic work (such as internship work), can sympathize them when they failed to being satisfaction of the work by considering their difficulties and emotional feelings, continuously bring them progressive and positive energy with necessary encouragement, consistently provides solutions and ultimately, happiness and fulfillment.
