"And fill all fruit with ripeness to the core; to swell the gourd, and plump the hazel shells". The image depicts this line, along with little bits of other lines. The hand, i thought, represents God in a way. The speaker uses personification which I thought made it sound as if he is referring to God, "conspiring with him how to load and bless"

Keats uses personification to give the reader detailed imagery and to emphasize the importance of autumn.
“Close bosom friend of the maturing sun/ conspiring with him how to load and bless” -gives imagery and personality to the idea that autumn is sunny
"Fill all fruit with ripeness” - gives imagery that autumn is the cause of the harvest
“Later flowers for the bees/until they think warm days will never cease” - gives imagery and detail, the bees, like humans, think the warm sunny days will never end.

The first stanza sets up the pattern of 11 lines in each stanza. It also serves to set up "what" autumn does in a romanticized way so that Keats may take this farther in the following stanzas. Ideas are introduced and concluded with about 2-3 lines each, starting with the sun, then fruit, seeds, and bees. These ideas also flow together to give a sort of natural progression as well as tying them together so that they make a coherent image of fall in the reader's mind. And by doing this, Keats also leads well into the rest of the poem where he uses apostrophe to speak to autumn. There is foreshadowing to a shift in line 10: "Until they think warm days will never cease" showing that there will be a shift and a discussion about how autumn comes out of summer and ultimately into winter.
