I have witnessed number of professional negligences by the teacher in this video. Firstly the class is not at all an interactive class. i have serious objection over the sitting plan of learners for the said class activity. The teacher must take rounds and have a check on invidual learner and guide them where ever they need assistence, Teacher is not cooperative he is not taking inquires of learners serious and even not address them properly. The worst thing is the concluding part of his lesson where he just dictate the answer and let learners to copy his answers. He dont have any class control that leads to poor descipline in the class. He is unaware of using different teaching strategies to engage students. He is sitting all the time during the lesson and not bothering his students how they are performing their tasks. Movement in class during the lesson is very important. He is not using smart board although he has the resource but he is not using them in an appropriate manner. Students lack their interest in lesson just because of negligence of teacher. Lesson was not well planned and overall environment of class was satisfactory in the beginning, students took the edge and got involve in other activities.
