There are many things that developed my leadership personality through interaction with people in the field of work or study. This personality develops due to the amount of situations and challenges that I faced through volunteering in several places. An example of this is that I volunteered at the Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition in Abu Dhabi. It was a new experience, but I entered. As an official, I had a team of five people. The main official would direct me and I would go to the team in order to divide the work between us inside this exhibition. Leading people is not an easy thing, but I challenged myself and strengthened my self-confidence by saying that I can and that I am capable of doing this matter. Also, through the training that I did in the Aljeel Aljadeed Kindergarten, organizing the class and maintaining the order and calm of the students is very difficult, but through the rules that I put in place from the first day, I made this matter a lot easier because I remind the students when they do something outside of the rules that I set, I go back and remind them of my rules. Also, when I opened my own abaya project, I faced many weaknesses that I felt for the first time, which was building a complete project from the beginning, and I had no idea about matters related to business. This matter made me a mature and aware person in many matters of life.
