Attend executive level workshop to upskill myself so I can effectively communicate the change.

Staff to attend training on the new framework and develop the ability for staff to provide feedback and the organization to address concerns

Resources:

Task cards developed and a help desk implemented as a personal point of contact for staff as they transition to the new framework

Weekly check ins with team leaders and managers to assess progress of the new roll out
