First, Ms Silvia converted the mixed numbers to improper fractions. Second, Ms Silvia she multiplied the fractions normaly like bottom with bottom and top with top. After that she chose a strategy which was to write a number sentence and showed her work to get the correct answer. At last she got her answer and did a sentence with it. Her only error was that she didn't explained and justify her answer and why it was correct. Then writed the numbers she was given and made the 1 1/4 into an improper fraction by multiplying 1 and 4 and then adding 1 so it ended up as 5/4. Then she multiplyed 4/5 and 3/5 wich was 15/20.
