The students needed long time to get into the PBL way of working but once they got used to it everything worked really good. Through the driving question, the pupils got involved into the project with motivation and enthusiasm. They had the need to use English to carry out their new playground. The tasks were quite challenging and interesting for the students although most of them had some difficulties to express themselves in English. In the beginning the students showed shyness when speaking but they got more confident quickly.
Finally, I’d like to say that the motivation of the students made the work easier, not only for the students but also for the teachers and we had a great time while we learnt together.
