As you read chapters 4 in An Indigenous Peoples' History, add textual evidence and information about the dates mentioned in the chapters. Don't worry about overly general dates-for example-"from the early 1600s to the late 1700s. . . "  Include specific information about the event/people mentioned in the date and include the impact the event/person had on Indigenous peoples. Be specific with nation names when possible.

This was a war between the English and the Pequot tribes. The war lasted for 11 months, and ended up having many casualties. “In the French and Indian war 1754 to 1763, the British found the Cherokee nation was an extremely powerful ally to the French. In October 1759, the North Carolina governor presented the strategies of the British would use against the Cherokee.” Page 75

The French and Indian war went 1754-1763. The Seven Year War went on from 1756-1763. The War was a global issue, the war was between Great Britain and France and was located in the North America. One of those speculators was the British governor of Virginia John Murray, the Fourth Earl of Dunmore. He sided with British Settlers who wanted land in the Ohio country. In his view no royal policy could prevent settlers seizure of Indigenous land.” Page 79-80

The Proclamation Line was a boundary created by the British. The Proclamation Line was used to prevent settlement west of the Boundary. The settlers felt as though was used to keep them under strict control by the British.
