When you sell based of carrying capacity is interesting. In an aquarium you pay to keep fish alive and fed for as long as you can. I never really thought about how in aquaculture you want to sell as soon as growth slows so you don’t waste money.

Also the point made where if there was muddy fish it could potentially offput the whole market.
