Adolf hitler created a Ministry of Public Enlightenment and Propaganda to shape German public opinion. The nazi used propaganda to win support of millions of Germans in democracy and then in dictatorship. The Nazis were extremely skilled propagandists who used complicated techniques and current technology of time to spread the messages.
