From SanJuana: A Refugee must have documentation on file (Form I-94) and 7-12 grade are coded and reported in PEIMS as long as the form don't expire.

Regardingo Immigrant students (Any grade level), Immigrant students are coded in PEIMS for 3 full academic years starting from the date the student entered U.S. Schools.
