In a piece written for next year's incoming first year students about life at Davis, I would use this at the beginning of my writing. This meme would become a background source because everybody shares the "common knowledge" that UCD is known for their cows, especially the smell they give off close to the dorms. The topic of cows will be addressed and hopefully it ease this worry of first year students.

For a writing task, I would use this meme as a background source for any students that will be at a dorm for UC Davis. This meme would act as a joke but also something that is truth and lots of students know that this is a "fact" at UC Davis. UC Davis is known for a suburban area that is surrounded by many animals and has a eco-freindly environment. The main reason for using cows is to show that cows are your friends at the dorms and could ease your anxiety for first coming students.

In the farthest corner away from my jammed, and unfortunately, wide open Tercero dorm window, I imagine myself antagonistic-ly typing up an article for the UC Davis Dorm blog (that I created from spite) explaining why the idea of moving in a dorm near the cows may seem like free animal therapy at first, but will only result in a wretched scent that you just can't escape. The meme will serve as an exhibit where I will analyze why it perfectly illustrates the devastation one will come to realize when they are cursed with living near the beautiful, yet dreadful, cows.

In my day in the life blog, the cows and their odor will most likely belittled to ease some stress off the freshmen.

I would use this at the beginning of my writing for incoming freshman. This meme would be placed in the dorm rooms to help ease with the students anxiety. UC Davis is known for their cows so by stating this "fact", students will be shown how cows can become your friends especially when you live right next to them in Tecero. Yes, they may smell bad; however, the stench can help distract the students with feeling anxiety/stress. The students will then be more concerned with the smell of the cows rather than how they are feeling stress.

When creating a presentation about "what you will encounter at UCD", the meme would be the first source I would include. It would be my background source because it will support my claim about all the unique animals and things that surround you when living or going to Davis. Mentioning the encounter with wildlife, like the cows on the UCD campus. Everyone has the opportunity to encounter them somehow and some are even lucky enough to live right next to them. Getting fresh air every day and a nice view too.

After a busy day of sweating, cleaning, and hauling, you're finally able to crash onto your freshly made bed. While observing the white popcorn ceiling and layout of your new home from your bed, a stench slowly drifts in with the fall breeze. You wonder what in the world is that disgusting smell and as you rush to close the window, a glance of cows in the distance of the dorm buildings was the answer to it all. In this scenario, I would refer to this meme as an argument source in a text message to friends/family to make the point that living by the cows is as equally unpleasant as the reason why the woman in the meme is crying.

Imagining that I am an animal science professor, I use this meme to introduce the next topic of the curricula: the study of cows. It would apply to the students as they already have to work with the cows during the day and further deal with the stench throughout the night when they go back to their dorm after a long day of school. In this case, the meme would be used as a background source because it provides general information about the smell of cows that the students are already familiar with. It's a common understanding that the animal science students will later learn about as the presentation continues.

After attending UC Davis in 2021 - 2022, some of my high school friends just graduated and are excited to join me at UC Davis. They call me on Discord and ask me for my experience. Knowing that my friends hate smelly rooms, I send them this post to warn them about living near cows and recommend avoid living in Tercero because the dorm is adjacent to where the cows live. In this situation, I'm using this meme as an exhibit to analyze which dorm is the worst to live in if you despise foul smells.
