The headline is catchy and makes people want to know more, for example, I wanted to keep reading this article to actually know and be aware of why and how they are going to use the loan of $2.5b. The headline made me wonder and think about if they are only using the loan for the benefit of the metro, or will they also be using it for making new stations and malls?

Samsung Galaxy Note 7 has been exploding due to overheating of the battery. 

Many incidents had occurred in the US so Samsung had issued an apology to the US customers.

They had then started to recall their phones from all over the world to test them and find out the issue.

Meanwhile, phones were exploding in China as well. Even though, Samsung had said earlier that the Chinese phones were unaffected by the battery issue. 

Even after the incidents that had occurred in China, Samsung had never recalled phones from the market, rather blamed the other people/suppliers. 

Side by side, Chinese government was also angry as to how Samsung had treated the Chinese customers and expected a respectful apology from them.

Due to this, Chinese government has banned the workers from using Samsung's phones in the office.

This has lead Samsung to do something urgently for Chinese market share, as well as to compete with Apple.

In the end, Samsung did apologise to the Chinese customers, but it's likely to have done lasting damage to its reputation in China.

Recently there were lots of clashes between the 2 countries where lots of soldiers had lost their lives from both countries. The government is looking into the matter in resolving the matter in both the countries and in the neighboring. This has shaken up the entire world.

All the countries are planning to have a summit to understand the situation and to resolve the current situation. The people in both the countries are living in fear due to the current situation as lots of crime is bound to take place.
