         <description><![CDATA[<div>-The developed concern for individuals to follow medical guidance from superior authorities is derived from <em>mistrust</em> in leaders associated with the government or politics; therefore, people tend to question their countries healthcare leadership in socioculturally unstable locations.<br>-Eastern Europe has the highest rate of vaccination hesitancy around the world.<br>-Trends show that in places with lower income and higher poverty rates, vaccination may be more challenging to obtain, but these locations have the highest rates of universal agreements toward the safety of vaccinations.<br>-Rwanda is a perfect example of high rates of acceptance since they effectively implemented an engagement strategy by communicating with its people thoroughly. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Its evident that in order to truly beneficially influence the populations overall decision towards vaccination, <em>the entire system must be in agreement on the values they support.</em> <br>-The lack of scientific understanding among doctors is detrimental to the entire strategy as healthcare personnel and physicians should be well informed on the scientific significance behind vaccinations so they are able to effectively communicate their knowledge to their patients; they should be readily available to recommend preventative treatments and respond to questions and concerns throughout the community. -“Reinstating confidence in vaccines will only be possible by improving the healthcare system as a whole.” <br>-In order to effectively diminish the spread of preventable conditions by utilizing vaccines, we must communicate in manner that is <em>reassured by all members of the health society.</em></div>]]></description>
