         <description><![CDATA[<div>Result<br>Participant : 10 men completed study have normal bp, free from diabetes (basically normal medical condition)<br>Antrop : BMI average24.7<br>Changes bmi : slight change <br>Body composition: no diff b/w control and RIF<br>Mood: no different btwn control n RIF period. BUT have mood different btwn pre and post eating time. Positive feeling higher at postprandial eating time. Negative feeling higher at pre eating time. <br>PA: slightly lower at RIF <br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Based on discussion, there are modest ⬇ in BW and BMI and more pronounced hunger as well as less +ve state of mind during the afternoon<br><br>28 days of RIF in healthy, lean and fit men have no effect on body composition, glucose homeostasis and cognitive performance.<br><br>Studies support weight maintenance in lean participants after intermittent fasting but based on 3 things which are;<br>- composition of meals (CHO, Pro, Fat)<br>- physiological change measured after and hours of fasting<br>- age of different terminology, study design and study groups<br><br>Congnitive function improve in animal but for RIF not incluence.<br><br>Glucose hemeostatis no effect. <br><br>In the present study, the pooled positive feeling show a decrease at 1500 hr during RIF period. This might be due to the fact that participants usually eating during the afternoon. However, postprandially the participants have an increase pooled positive feelings and decrease in pool negative feelings <br><br>The change in mood might be due to rewarding effects of food intake via dopaminergic reward system.</div>]]></description>
