Duckworth, a Democrat, is the junior senator from Illinois and has served since Jan 3, 2017. Duckworth is next up for reelection in 2022. And she was previously the representative for Illinois's 8th congressional district (2013- 2016).
Bobby Rush, a Democrat, is the representative for Illinois's 1th congressional district and has served since Jan 5, 1993. Rush is next up for reelection in 2018.
