1.  A man is in an unlocked room. A woman enters, waits 2 minutes and leaves. Immediately after the man dies. How and why did he die?
Students are encouraged to throw out Data that they know (first column on the board), then ask questions to get more data (second Column), as data accumulates, students develop solution hypotheses and each is added to the third column and proctor indicates whether right or wrong.
