When you play volleyball you want the most perfect aired up ball in the basket that you could possibly find, but majority of the time the volleyballs are flat and not aired up and will cause the contact no matter how good it is to be bad. You have to jump ALOT. There are three in front and back and they all have different jobs. Setter, setter is the most important job on the court and is considered the captain, the person that plays this position has to send the ball in a certain direction with their finger tips so that the hitter can hit the ball correctly and make a good contact. Setter always gets second hit. Now DS and libero. Boths of these positions will need people who are great at defense or passing the ball. The DS or libero unless it doesnt go to front row, will do a good high pass to the setter. And last hitter.
