Often encourages to exercise or upgrade but does not bodyshame.&nbsp;<br>Marketing one through social media and focuses on positive messages (e.g. "what does your Wednesday workout look like?"). This could be seen making people compare themselves to others. </div>]]></description>

It frames each workout as a success and uses this to encourage further exercise. Failing to meet a goal is not used to shame into further doing exercise.</div>]]></description>
