This was due to the fact that the story and point of view changed so often. There are four different stories in the book and not all of them have a clear ending but there's still happy ending story. And because it has multiple stories and it divided into more short stories, it was hard for me to follow along since it was not in order. There was also a lot of flashback so it sometimes make me confused.
