Por Julio Cesar Horna. La figura de la locación de servicios se encuentra regulada en el artículo 1764 del Código Civil. Esta modalidad de prestación de servicios establece que un locador debe prestar, sin estar subordinado, al comitente, servicios por cierto tiempo o para un trabajo determinado a cambio de una retribución. Con respecto a la prestación a cargo del locador, el Código señala que este está obligado a prestar servicios (las obligaciones con prestación de hacer), previo al contrato. ¿Qué entendemos por obligaciones con prestación de hacer? Las obligaciones de hacer son aquellas actividades, acciones o trabajos desplegados por el deudor de una obligación con miras a la satisfacción del interés de su acreedor.
