Trainee was given the template to do quotation of any event. Trainee need to edit some words on that template.
Encik Mizy show the trainee all the hall room that available in the Bangi Convention Centre in the second floor. Basically it has room such as BCC Kristal, Operation Office, BCC Delima, BCC Berlian, BCC Zamrud, BCC Permata, Roof Garden and A/V room. Each of room has their on function.

BCC Permata can fit until 50 person in one time and it was designed as meeting room while BCC Berlian only can fit for 10 person in one time. BCC Kristal is a room for bride to change their cloth and Roof Garden is an open space and suitable for people who want to smoke.

Trainee also was given the task to record the video during the event which has taken place at BCC.

Trainee have to submit the menu order to Pn Sally for her to check any error before submit to the person in charge in the kitchen.
Trainee need to do step on how to switch on projector, print it out, laminate and stick it on the wall so it is easy for client to switch on projector by read the instruction given.
At 12 o'clock, trainee have virtual meeting with Pn Sally via Zoom apps. In this meeting, trainee have better understanding about the job scope given. According to Pn Sally, job scope for trainee is admin. Trainee need to pick up the phone, open email and response, do filling and must standby for any event if needed.
After lunch, trainee makes an official receipt for client, Pn Robiah for her tomorrow Hi-Tea event, 26th March 2022.

It is located in the heart of Bandar Baru Bangi's Central Business District. The two-story Bangi Convention Center has been in operation for five years, since 2018, and is entirely managed by Langat Mekar Sdn Bhd. In 2021, Bangi Convention Center used to be vaccination center for a month and half starting from August until middle of September. Now, Bangi Convention Center has a total of seven employees.
