<title>as per the dictionary-mindfulness is the quality or state of being conscious or aware of something. Mindfulness can also be a mental state achieved by focusing one&#39;s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one&#39;s feeling, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.</title>

<title>NO! Being mindful for many causes us to become more aware and slow down in our lives. This has become a huge hurdle for me this week, but I am learning and incorporating my learning with my family. I feel they are learning right beside me. Learning to take time for ourselves and becoming aware of our world around us for the best of our selves has been a learning curve. </title>
