I think we can improve on grading and returning grades to teachers of each student. It also helps when we are planning something that is not in your area of expertise. 
Team teaching is good when both teachers are on the same page. It is a good idea, but everyone has to do their share. It becomes unfair if not everyone is pulling their weight and can lead to anxiety and decreased quality of instruction. This way everyone is contributing so that it is fair for all parties. 
Team teaching: We could also make all assignments availaible on schoology (speecifically unit major assessments) so that students can access easily if they miss a day, regardless of the teacher.
