Evaluation of peers is very important to me. I know that self-evaluate their work sometimes very difficult. You can not be sure what you are doing right. I like a interesting feature of teaching Designer tool that allows teachers to edit existing training activities created by other teachers. However, each teacher has his goal, wants his students to realize his plan, so I think that changed anything in terms of another teacher only with the consent.
