The learning abilities of students are different from each other. So we need to make a lesson plan which will meet the need of all the students. A monotonous lesson plan with less activity might bore the students.
2. We need to design the aims of the lesson plan in such a way so that we can be successful in achieving them. 
3. Learning activities, materials, and resources should be given or made according to the level of the students
4.   • The aim can be difficult to make new students enroll and need to give or find the correct materials. sometimes it's really difficult to find the correct materials.
  • Creating relationships or bonding with the students due to shortage of time. This means most of the time we'll involve with the lesson.
