My head landed on the corner of the legs of her Chinese wooden couches and I was rushed to the hospital by my uncle and my auntie. I remember seeing so much blood and having to get stitches and staples in my head. One day, my grandpa came home from playing soccer with his friends and he could hear me crying in the room while my parents were arguing. So he called out my name over and over and yelled at my dad until my dad finally let me out of the room.
