- Cheap tickets, that’s exactly how low cost airlines attract their customers - with very low prices and frequent sales.

- It may cheap but didn't provide us complete amenities, if we want we should pay the additional price for the request. Ex : ( use overhead bins cost $25)& (checked bag cost $25-50$).

b. cleaning aircraft, chairs and pantry (small kitchen/ food place)
c. food/ catering
d. marshaling qurt parking namely giving a signal for an airplane that's about to land
e. pax transportation pick up passengers if the plane they are flying in lands some distance from the arrival waiting room.
f. air operation, namely in charge of providing information about the weather to the pilot.

2. Ground Handling Pax is divided into 2 :
a. departure section
consist :
check in, document clearance, baggage handling, load & balance, and boarding.
b. arrival section
consist :
two baggage handling, lost and found & document clearance.
- load and balance is service to determine the load capacityof the aircraft include (passengers, baggage, and cargo).
- lost and found is service to provided to passengers by handling agents in term of taking care of goods/ baggage.
