There were a lot of differences from the movie and the book.  In the movie Thomas and the others are trying to free Minho from Wicked , the people who captured Minho. Wicked saved Thomas and the others but the were using them and Thomas found out and bailed the safe house they were staying at. These thing called Kranks are just like zombies but they got infected by the flare a sickness that attacks the brain and if the Kranks scratch you or bite you, your done for. This book was extremely good it was different but not that much.
