Our answer: G because the sled is being pushed to be left and it is moving with increasing force so it would speed up in the same direction.

Noam- F**- Since acceleration is constant there should be a constant force and since the acceleration is to the left the force should be leftward.

5. Our answer: **D because the sled is moving to the right and it is moving with no force so the sled is will continue to move at the same constant velocity.

6.

16. Our Answer: B because the car is moving in the negative direction and the slope has to equal zero since there's a constant velocity.

Emily**- E- Since there is a constant velocity there is no acceleration therefore no force

18. Our Answer: H because the car is moving to the right in the positive direction and to show that the car slows down, the line goes towards the x axis.

Emily- A since the car is moving to the rightr the force should be rightward and constant since the acceleration is constant

Kate B**-Since the car is slowing down the acceleration is negative so it should be B

7. **Our answer: B, the sled is moving towards the left so to slow it down you need a force in the opposite direction (right) and for it to be at a constant acceleration you need it to be a constant force.

8. Our answer: G, as the car is moving up the ramp gravity is acting on it (downward) and therefore it is slowing down, but still has force upward.

Noam**-A- Since it is after it is released there is no upward force leaving only gravity which is constant.

9. Our answer: B when the car reaches the top of the ramp it is not moving, however gravity is still acting on it and thereby increasing the force downward.

Seon**- A- Since the only forces on it are Fn and Fg the Fg would be pulling it downward at a constant rate.

19- Our answer is D because the car is moving in the leftward direction, which is shown on the graph by the line going in the negative direction. The car is speeding up at a steady rate, which is shown by the line increasing in the negative direction.

Scarlett**- B Since the object is speeding up to the left at a constant acceleration there should be a constant force to the left.

20- Our answer is F because the car is moving to the right, which is shown hy the graph being on the positive side. The force would increase and then decrease.

Kate- G **Since the car is moving to the right it would accelerate in the opposite direction to slow it down.

21- Our answer is A because there is not enough friction, so the car would remain in the positive direction at a constant rate.

Correct answer E**

1. A- because the sled is speeding up so the force has to be increasing.

Nemo's Answer**- B- The object has a constant acceleration so there is a constant force so the answer has to be B.

2.** D because friction is negligible and it is implied that it is moving at a constant rate.

3. F** because since it is already moving right and slowing down the force needs to be in the opposite direction and slowing down.

C- Since it is decreasing in strength it would cause the object to slow down.
