Steps: 
1. Boil the potatoes
2. Mash the potatoes
3. Lay out some flour and put the mashed  potatoes on the flour
4. Then put the egg in the middle of the mashed potatoes
5. mix
6.Then role it into a long rope like figure 
7. Cut it into small pieces-half an inch
8. Cook

Red Sauce
Ingredients: 
- Tomatoes
- Onion
- Celery 
- Carrots
- Eggplant
- Salt
- Olive oil

Steps:
1. Cut the vegetables
2. Cook on low for 45 minutes 
3. Grind the tomatoes
4. Put olive oil on the tomatoes 
5.
