I teach part time in a LPN program, and one of the chapters I teach is law and ethics. Student 1 is a STNA in a long term facility. She shared that a RN took a picture of a resident's wound with his face showing and posted the picture on Snapchat.

Student 2 came to me very upset after class because one of her coworkers who is a STNA posted a video on Instagram. The video consisted of the STNA being stuck in an elevator with a resident.
